Teriyaki salmonThis was a quick and yummy dinner last night.

Teriyaki Salmon

5 salmon steaks

½ cup soy sauce—I diluted with ½ cup of water

2 Tbs brown sugar

1 clove diced garlic

1 tsp ginger

1 tsp curry powder

Mix sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat until thickened. Pour over salmon steaks and marinate for 15 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until flaky.
